I found Wills through recommendations on my local Avalon FB group, and I'm so glad I did. They are the best removalists I’ve used on the Northern Beaches! They fitted me in last minute, and the boys were so polite and friendly — nothing was a problem, even with the ridiculous number of stairs at the new place. Easily the best removalist I have used on the Northern Beaches. From the first call when I spoke to Wills I was given all of the information to help make my move as smooth as possible. Jai and his team on the day were nothing short of perfection. All of my items were wrapped which was very important to me and they did the job in a timely manner - faster than I was quoted for which saved me money. Wills and the team at VW removals were absolutely amazing for us during a stressful time of moving house into storage while we looked for a new house. From the first call, Wills provided me with so much valuable information around how much storage we would need and even went on a FaceTime call to show him our stuff and what access looked like to provide the best option for trucks. His team arrived 5 mins early and were absolutely amazing, despite the pouring rain on the day! The skill that Jay had in playing Tetris with our stuff to ensure it all fit both in the truck and storage facility was mind blowing. It saved us a lot of time and cost by getting everything into the smallest storage space. We will definitely be using them again when we move to our new home. I have moved many times in the last 12 years or so. I’ve had good and bad experiences - but VW removals are GREAT! The team of removalists were fantastic - fast, strong, safe and extremely nice and respectful. They powered up multiple flights of stairs in 30°+ heat without a single complaint. And at the end of the very  efficient day, I didn’t get any surprise hidden fees. Highest of recommendations for VW Removals.
